Shipping policy
We offer free shipping to Mexico, the U.S. and Canada. We also absolve all customs and duty taxes incurred so there are no surprises. As soon as your order is placed, we will begin working on your creation but we need two weeks from the order date to ship. All orders are shipped via UPS and you will receive a tracking number as soon as it goes out.
